They played hundreds of concerts together way back in time, october-november-december 2014 they meet again, all three 57 years old, all three born in 1957. The Podium Trio was named after the ‘Podium Prijs’ which they all won individual in 1983 – 1984 – 1985. In te 90’s the trio concerts lots of times were joined by Jamaaladeen Tacuma and Cornell Rochester and sometimes with guests like David Murray, George Lewis, Kelvyn Bell a.o. Now there is a spectacular reunion with the weird combination of trombone, altosax and guitar! See our agenda for dates and venues.
